Yoga is a beautiful gift for the body, mind and soul.
In an age where we are anchored by stress, taking the path of yoga we are able to reconnect to ourselves whilst building strength, stamina, balance, flexibility and mindfulness.
I teach eight classes a week across Hassocks, Burgess Hill and Hurstpierpoint — holistic flow for energy, yin for stillness, and men's classes for anyone who has been told they're "not flexible enough" for yoga. You are.
You can book online or contact me to find out more information. I look forward to you joining me on the mat.

"Feel the power of yoga, feel the power of self, take the journey."
Steph · Yogi TidesEvery pose explained properly, with the adjustments that make it work for your body. You should never be left guessing whether you're doing it right.
Village halls, not mirrored studios. Most people arrive on their own, and most of them leave knowing someone's name.
I'll tell you what a pose is doing — for your circulation, your joints, your nervous system — because understanding it makes you want to come back.
"Thank you for your excellent class this evening at the community centre. You explained all the poses very clearly… 5 stars — I thoroughly recommend this class."
Claire · Hurstpierpoint"I really enjoyed your class. You're a brilliant yoga teacher, soft and gentle and so clear with your teaching and totally inspiring."
