A morning of two halves. We begin with yang — warming, dynamic movement to build heat and strength — then soften into long, supported yin holds. The morning closes with a soundbath: lie back, cover up, and let the sound do the rest.
No experience needed, and there's tea and something homemade at the end.
Can't make it on the day? You may reschedule to another retreat, or put your credit towards classes.

Sometimes a class isn't the right place to start — or you want to work on something specific.
An hour to learn the fundamentals at your own pace, so that walking into a class afterwards feels like nothing at all.
Practice built around a back, knee or shoulder that needs care — with modifications you can take back into group classes.
Private sessions work just as well for pairs and small groups, at home or in a hall near you.
